No. All attendees must provide their own tables, chairs and canopies/tents.
No. We encourage that you bring battery powered electronics, as there will not be able accessible outlets.
Set up will only be open for vendors from 1pm-2:45pm. This will ensure that booths are set up before the event starts at 3pm.
You must arrive no later than 2:30 to set up your booth. Attendees will be arriving by 3pm, so plan accordingly!
YES!!! We have several prizes that we will be giving away to the best decorated booths. The judges will be stopping by as secret shoppers throughout the trunk-or-treat.
We want to ensure the safety of our vendors and attendees, so this event is 100% walkthrough ONLY.
Absolutely! This event is perfect for all ages and family and any size family.
Parking is LIMITED. We strongly encourage carpooling with other friends or families to ensure that you will be able to access the event in a timely manner.
Yes! We will have food and drinks available while supplies last.
3-5pm: Hotdogs, hot cocoa & hot cider
530-8pm: Cookies & punch
Trick-or-Treat bags will be available for the first 300 attendees ONLY. These bags will have small goodies inside from local businesses.
There will be a FREE sensory room during the dance party (530-8pm) with licensed counselors.
