Saturday, October 24th from 1pm – 5pm.
This year, we’ve lowered the Trunk-or-Treat registration fee to just $100! Your registration directly supports our amazing Submarine Veterans. All registered participants will receive an email with event details as we get closer to the big day. Thanks for being part of the fun and giving back!
FAQ
No. All attendees must provide their own tables, chairs and canopies/tents.
No. We encourage that you bring battery powered electronics or a generator, as there will not be able accessible outlets.
Set up will only be open for vendors from 11am-12:45pm. This will ensure that booths are set up before the event starts at 1pm.
NO. This is a FREE community event.
YES!!! We have several prizes that we will be giving away to the best decorated booths. The judges will be stopping by as secret shoppers throughout the trunk-or-treat.
We have both indoor and outdoor options. All vehicles and propane reliant booths are required to be outdoors, while all of our tables are able to secure an indoor space.
Anyone needing ADA or special accommodations will need to reach out to us early so that we are able to help coordinate this. We may be unable to make accommodations the day of the event.
We want to ensure the safety of our vendors and attendees, so this event is 100% walkthrough ONLY.
Absolutely! This event is perfect for all ages and family and any size family.
There will be plenty of parking available for attendees.
Yes! There will be food trucks available to purchase food from at an affordable price ($8 or less) and 500 free hotdogs served by the Sub Vets out of the Vanzee building, while supplies last.
Free cider, hot cocoa and juice will be provided as well while supplies last.
Truck-or-Treat bags are available for free and we will be giving out free light up bracelets!
Yes! This event is 100% free to the community. For any attendees interested in supporting a good cause, there will be QR codes around the event linked to donate funds to the US Submarine Veterans Bremerton Base & Charitable Foundation 501 3c.
