Volunteer at the Bash!

Join us behind the scenes at the Kitsap Halloween Bash! This free community event brings local families together for a safe, festive holiday experience while honoring and supporting our local submarine veterans. We rely on amazing volunteers like you to make setup, activities, and teardown smooth and fun for everyone

Friday Oct 23rd, 3pm-6pm

Help us transform the indoor halls! We’ll be setting up tables, hanging decorations, and preparing the building spaces inside before the big day. Perfect for anyone who loves decorating and prefers working ahead of the crowd.

Saturday Oct 24th, 9am-12pm

Get the fairgrounds ready to welcome local families! This shift focuses on placing outdoor yard signs, setting up food station signage, putting out exterior decor, and assisting with final outdoor staging before doors open.

Saturday Oct 24th, 12pm-5pm

Be the heart of the event during main hours! Keep things running smoothly by greeting attendees, handing out trick-or-treat buckets, answering questions, assisting Trunk-or-Treat vendors, and keeping eye out for guest safety.

Saturday Oct 24th, 5pm-8pm

Help us wrap things up efficiently! Assist with taking down exterior decor, collecting signs, packing up supplies, and restoring the venue spaces once the event concludes.
